Crodrive is an advertising platform for vehicle rental. The Provider is not a party to the rental agreement — the contract is made directly between the user and the agency. More in the terms of use.
You can send a complaint to info@crodrive.com or by post to our registered address. We reply in writing within 15 days at the latest.
For disputes not settled by agreement, consumers may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. Providers of information society services are supervised by the competent state authority.
